  1. Doesn’t start talking about the Colts until the 17:30 mark but I think the whole thing is absolutely worth a watch.

A few key things I enjoy:

    – Charlie talks about the ability to ask questions when you don’t know something and change how you do things to adapt to different players, I love this. A ton of guys, especially ones who go from spending years in college programs to making the jump to the NFL, are stuck in their ways to the point that it’s a massive hinderance.

    – Grover Stewart gets a TON of love from Beau and Charlie, I think Grove is and has been the most underrated player on our roster for the last 3 years (flair checks out).

    – Speaking of Grover, it’s very telling that Charlie said he was the top of their FA target list, they knew they had to get him back.

    – He speaks on DeForest Buckner and says that he thinks there are things he can work on that will unlock his potential even more than what we’ve seen so far, obviously coaches say this all the time, but that’s a scary thought.

    – Beau and Charlie speak about the entire DL unit, and harp on the importance of rotational guys like Tyquan and now Raekwon Davis.

I was already very excited when I heard we got Charlie from Pitt but now I am absolutely JUICED. I am so hyped for our Defensive front this year.

  2. D line has great mix of talent, youth, veterans, and depth. hopefully some fresh coaching can help them take a leap.

  3. I really this believe this guy is gonna elevate the d-line to a new level. He was arguably the best d-line coach in college football.

  4. I’m wondering if this new coach has had any influence on the signing of all the defensive tackles thus off-season. We’re currently rolling 4 deep if guys we won’t be cutting based on their contracts.
