I seem to be alone with that opinion but can we just let the streak die? It feels really forced to try to get it back alive in a technicality, even if it was snapped by a technicality.
But what is done is done and it’s more important for the guys to win the remaining games instead of wondering if the streak is still alive.
At this point I see it more of a distraction than a motivation.
I missed the game, what happened?
I’m not superstitious but it felt doomed from the moment they made such a big deal about it during the pregame…
Feel like this is on the verge of being slightly cringe, and moving on is for the better. Perhaps focus on getting the ball rolling on a 20 game playoff point streak.
