To everyone drooling over pro days, watch analysts describe Dwayne Haskins’ Pro Day as “spectacular”.

Pro days don't mean shit.

  1. Pro days matter because of the interview process more than anything, and I think competent GMs could smell that Haskins had bust potential leading to his fall in the draft

  2. This guy probably works out if Snyder didn’t force his hand on the Skins staff, and he lands elsewhere.

    RIP.

  3. Dwayne Haskins failing had more to do with him than it did his talent. That dude was oozing with talent.

  4. The guy who had one good college season throwing to elite WR’s? Sounds familiar.

  5. Physically, Haskins was the shit. He could make all the throws. He also had a phenomenal final season at OSU.

  6. Having a good pro day probably doesn’t mean much but having a bad pro day definitely does

  7. Mike Tyson says everyone has a plan til they get punched in the face

Well qb with out pass rushers tonmendintnmsttetb

  8. Haskins had a great pro day. Zach Wilson’s pro day was amazing.

Honestly, a scripted, highly practiced pro day doesn’t mean a whole lot as far as how they’ll translate in the NFL. But it is important for prospective teams to get a look up close at the players mechanics and physique. Most important, they get a chance to talk with the players and staff that helped develop them. It’s pretty important in that regard.

  9. Exactly nobody knows shit till they’re on the field in real game situations. Thank God baseball is starting so I don’t have to pay attention to this stupid pro day bullshit. Who doesn’t kill it at their pro day? It’s literally a script of plays and easy throws the QB makes with no defenders. People put way too much into this crap lol. Take maye and call it a day.

  10. Dwayne was a product of THE Ohio Diploma mill. Terrible Round 1 history from that “school” to the Redskins.

  11. I mean, he didn’t have to study a playbook for his pro day, so yeah, it probably was spectacular.

  12. I agree they didn’t mean shit, but him failing was on him as well as Gruden. He was drafted into a situation where the coach didn’t want him. I don’t care who you are, if you’re drafted into a situation where the coach really won’t work with you, you’re not going to succeed.

  13. Haskins was done when he skipped a welcome to the team ceremony of some sort to get his initials embossed in the leather seats of his new Bentley.
