1. Bettman will not allow SJ to have the #1 pick. 2. The NHL will “randomly” award Chicago the #1 pick via the “totally not rigged lottery” and it will have nothing to do with the size of the Chicago market vs the SJ market 3. The Blackhawks draft Macklin Celebrini
