  1. I actively look for stupid takes and can’t find things that dumb. I wish I saw what you’re seeing.

  2. Yeah I haven’t seen any blazer fan saying that, just a lot of “I told you so”s from folks who wanted other players.

Don’t sell low, give him time.  Don’t let him stop you from drafting Reed tho

  3. The best people are the r/NBA folk being like “see Brandon Miller was better than Scoot, Portland is so fucking stupid” like we had a choice lol.

At the same time scoot is a teenager, dude has a ton of time to find himself

  4. I wouldn’t sell low on year 1. The opening night squad has been essentially replaced by the end of the bench of that night + Banton. The amount of games where Scoot had Ant, Sharpe, Brogdon, Ayton, and Grant available to play with are probably in the single digits. It’s currently chemistry building and learning time for the young guns.

Scoot doesn’t seem to be the type to carry a team today, but he’s shown the ability to lead an offense. The theme of season is simply disappointment. On paper, this is a decent squad. We are simply tired.
