  1. Look, we’ve not been playing well these past 3 games, and giving up 19 goals combined in 3 straight is *beyond* unacceptable. Horrible. Defense and special teams have not been good. The Yotes game was a deserved loss, but we absolutely deserved a better fate tonight. Refs really sucked the life out of us after that horeshit fucking call against McDonagh, and if any stupid ass Avs fans think this game is an indication of how the series would go if we played them, they’d be sorely mistaken.

  2. We would have clinched a playoff spot if we won every game we had a two goal lead in.

  3. Defense has been rough past couple of nights,
Granted basically half of our D core tonight is just coming off injuries and it’s definitely showing

  4. The refs took what was looking to be a fantastic fucking game and handed it to the Avs. That’s okay. We’ll get justice for McDongle soon enough. I haven’t been this pissed since the Dallas Christmas fiasco.

Also, when Carrier is back, Stastney >>>>>> Schenn, Bruno.

  5. The Top Scallion 3315 Avs fan spamming the thread has been banned from the subreddit

  6. That was a fun game for the first 45 minutes or so. Would love a first round series against the Avs.

  7. Lazy penalties killed em tonight. Can’t give the Avs 13 shorthanded minutes like that and expect to win.

  8. Preds looked pretty good until the refs decided they needed Col to win & ejected McDongle. 5D, down their best lockdown guy & regs giving 10 PKs… pretty much no hope of winning.

  9. This tends to happen after long winning streaks with any team. We will probably lose 3 of our next 5 or so but I bet we will be back in form in time for playoffs

  10. Investigate those refs. That was so one sided with the calls they gave Col vs the mountain of calls they ignored that would have gave us a PP. And add the McD major that the reviewed for ages and STILL got completely wrong and fucked us, these refs should be ashamed.

  11. Games like this where I miss Laviolette getting thrown out of games for starting shit with the refs

  12. There’s no way the Predators turn this around. Their biggest weakness is their inability to rebound after 2 losses. As soon as they hit a losing streak, they stop trying. They’ll lose at least 7 of the last 9. This team is done.
I’m betting 1000 dollars that they miss the playoffs.

  13. Just switched over to the NSC game and the home rowdies did a “it’s all your fault” chant after an NSC goal.

  14. Was there a reason to not have Saros ? Or did I miss something. I don’t follow everything as strongly as you all sorry :/

  15. The only thing the Avs love more than sucking assholes is fake-ass diving and injury acting. Fucking Makar did both – went down and acted hurt in the first period and then dove for a tripping penalty in the second. These dudes grab and hold more than a Velcro convention. 5v5 they get beat, so they fucking dive around faking injuries and feigning penalties. I do not want to see a series against them, because its a fake-arse penalty festival just so they can get their precious Power Play points. Fuck em and fuck their system.

  16. We’ve scored 4 goals each in the past two games while not having a necessarily dynamic offense. If you told me after losing to Dallas 9 to 2 we’d be 16-2-2, I would’ve called you crazy.

Let’s figure it all out and lock in for the playoffs. On to the next.

  17. I’ve never had such an annoying time in gdts as today. Only a Sen fan got my goat once. But this experience was miserable. Acting like children, screaming how dirty we are, how trash we are etc. Really not a great experience overall on a close game, frustrating

  18. I can’t get too down about this game.

The way this game went, it was always a tough task for the Preds to win this one but there was a lot of good that happened.

CO is one of the best teams in the league, at the very top of their cap cycle and going for it. They could not lose another game at home and get swept in the season series by Nashville. They are healthier than they have been, got some trade deadline acquisitions, it’s a Saturday home game, etc. Losing for them would have been very bad.

Nashville matched them for an epic first period and was the better team the first half of the game 5v5.

Sometimes, the breaks don’t go your way.

I never complain about officiating and won’t now. I will say nothing went the Preds way and that it made their job much harder.

Colorado is a great offensive team and if they end up on the PP too much, they will kill you. Which is pretty much what happened. They got 3 PP goals, which is the only thing that really kept them in the game.

The worst thing about the Preds in the game was their PP was terrible against CO’s pressure kill. They got nothing.

The guys down the lineup for Nashville really responded to the bell IMO.

Only five d-men and burning out the PK forwards did not help the team. Check the forward line combos. They were scrambling all over and they were toast in the third.

Colorado is a great team and earned a quality win and we’ll see what happens if they play again.

  19. Yall crying so hard in here, take the L and sit down instead of acting like the refs threw the game😂😂😂💀💀💀

  20. Yo what the fuck?

    Are people delusional?

McDonaghs hit was unacceptable, intent or not it was a hard hit to the head of a player who never even had the puck, you just can’t do that.

It cost us the game, period. If you’re going to be veteran leadership you can’t do stupid shit like that.

Better for him to (hopefully) learn this lesson now than in the playoffs.

Tough loss but the team will figure it out and get on track.
