3 full innings with a 7.11 era pitcher and all we could manage was a walk.
I’m okay with splitting the series but definitely would’ve liked to see more offense. Praying for Ras, Baz, Springs, and Taj to not have setbacks over the course of the season and come back
Getting torched by a geriatric Justin Turner is a bit embarrassing, but at least we split the series.
Yeah, that wasn’t fun, but a split works.
Something I’ve learned today is that I’m not a big Tyler Alexander fan
I didn’t watch since Palacios was on the bench again. It looks like he pinch hit though. How was that AB?
I definitely still have some concerns with this lineup. Even when we get J Lowe back from injury the back half of the batting order is very weak. I don’t think Ramirez is cut out to be an everyday player, he needs to be platooned against righties. Siri definitely needs to work on his approach, like BA keeps saying, someone with his baserunning talent needs to get on base a lot more.
It’s unfortunate yet fitting that the #Rays would lose on the 26th anniversary of their first game (which the then-Devil Rays also lost).
At least they got a series split.
