Saw these being sold, never heard of dolphins academy and never seen these jerseys, anyone know where these are from and what they are. Are they related to waddle or just the number 17

Blue outline of the number means it’s before Waddle was drafted. It would be Tannehill if it was real.
Pretty sure the Academy is like a flag football team or youth team, so it isn’t an actual Dolphins player.
