A "yes" vote supports renewing the 0.375% sales tax to provide funding for park improvements to Arrowhead Stadium as well as a new baseball stadium, and refinancing debt obligations previously incurred to finance or refinance improvements to the Harry S Truman Sports Complex.

Vote no, fuck the billionaires!
Former KC resident now in Houston so I literally have no skin in the fight here other than I don’t want to see the Chiefs leave Arrowhead. With that said I’d be totally torn on this vote. Obviously I don’t want the Chiefs to leave Arrowhead (even if it’s just across the state line) but I’m also a firm believer that the public shouldn’t be paying for sports complexes. I don’t envy the decision y’all will make today.

I don’t live in Jackson County so I can’t vote, but I’m glad to be done hearing about this after today either way
I only want to watch the Chiefs in Arrowhead like I’ve done with my season tickets for over 30 years.
I voted yea to make sure I get to continue to watch games at the loudest stadium in the world for the foreseeable future.
I feel bad for all the KCMO poll workers in Clay and Platte counties that will have to answer questions today about why the stadium tax question isn’t on the ballot.
