My wife and I are expecting our first child, a baby boy, this September. I saw this in Kohls and while it’s a 12M it’s the only one they had and I couldn’t resist. Gotta start em young!

  19. ha i started mine young too and there was so much promise since my first was born in 2015…

    they’re downstairs right now watching and giving me the recap shouting up the stairs even though i have the game on in my office

    i feel bad, but i also told them how i grew up with my mother cursing at the TV at the Mets and it’s kind of part of our family tradition

    they’re dabbling with Yankees fandom, because kids at school, and i told them they can root for whoever they want and I’ll still love them, maybe just a little less

    they also started a game where they flick each other in the nuts…

  23. Whenever someone asks me if i’m raising my 2 year old daughter a Mets fan my response is “Yep, so by the time her first high school break up comes around she will be immune to heartbreak and disappointment.”
