I thought he was the answer to our problems after Jake. I started a Facebook group called “The Answer” with a picture of him and everything. I even had a Matt Moore jersey lmao
A mister Kelvin Benjamin….fuck me right in the ass
More recently, TMJ and Shy Smith. Especially Smith. He was super quick, good routes, separation, always seemed to pick up 3-4 yards after the catch, no matter how covered he was. The problem was that he might be the only person truly immune to covid because he couldn’t catch anything. If he had frying pans instead of gloves, he may have actually improved his catching ability.
Amini Silatolu immediately comes to mind. I felt like I defended him all the time based off him being one of the highest rated run-blockers at one point. That said, I still think the injuries killed any shot he had in the NFL and then Andrew Norwell worked out great as an UDFA.
I also remember being high on Frank Alexander even though he couldn’t stop getting suspended for weed.
I thought Funchess could become Calvin Johnson lite.
I was really stupid 10 years ago.
Jeff King. His wife was ridiculously hot, he had to be doing something admirable

Frank Alexander. He looked HUGE and always looked impressive in the preseason just to do nothing with anytime he got meaningful gametime.

Corn Elder I thought he was the slot corner for the future. Who could move outside if need be.

Literally any backup at any position that showed flashes
Kony ealy, Gettis, Joe Adams, Deonte brown, and TMJ for me. But I could probably go on and on with damn near anyone we drafted post round 1 ever
Brandon Zylstra, our WR/Emergency Kicker
Damn I forgot all about Cherone Peake. Dude was a top 25 recruit when he came out of high school.
Greg Hardy comes to mind. What if he wasn’t an idiot? He was Uber talented. I wanted to keep him off talent alone, but the team made the right call in the long run.
Guess I’m the only one who thought Matt Corral could be an NFL quarterback. Sigh
