Does everyone hate the idea of the Rams picking a QB at 19??

I don’t speak for everyone, but for me, it would be the absolute worst thing the Rams could do at 19. For starters, the quarterback position is already greatly overvalued. For example, ZACH WILSON was pick 2 and TREY LANCE was pick 3 in the 2021 draft. Clearly they were not the 2nd and 3rd best player in that entire draft class.
Fast forward to this draft. At pick 19 the Rams only options at qb may quite possibly be Bo Nix or Michael Penix, the 5th and 6th ranked quarterbacks. Those guys should be going round 2 at best and if I were a gm they’d be going round 3.
What I’m saying is, the options that would be left over at 19 would be a MASSIVE reach in regards to draft position and positional value. ESPECIALLY when there are absolute studs at LT, Edge, CB and DL that they could draft instead, who if it weren’t for the over-inflation of the quarterback position, would be going top 10 this year.
Absolutely hate the idea and thankfully itll never happen

The reality is that with Wentz gone they need a backup immediately and a future QB soon. The only QB available in free agency worth even considering is Tannehill.
Hate it.
It made alot more sense when it was Mcarthy to sit but none of Bo nix or Penix is desirable to me
