1. He doesn’t fit our culture

2. No cap room. He counts like $18.5 mil or $19 this year and even more the following. Bucs don’t have the cap room and already have 2 WR making big bank. Also it’s a deep WR draft. Can get a good 3rd WR from rounds 2-4.

3. There is literally no reason at all to even think about getting him

4. For 1 they can’t afford him, 2 he wouldn’t fit in with our guys. He’s all about himself for the most part.

5. Where does he fit in the depth chart? He is a #3 for us at best. Do you think that will go well? The Bills basically dropped him.
