I’ve found nothing online that would paint this guy as reputable.
If he doesn’t agree to extend with the Cavs this offseason, he’ll be shopped and I’m sure the entire league will be making the phone call to Cleveland.
He’s gonna dictate which team he’s going to go to if they ship him. Unless he says to his front office “Yes, I’m down to extend with San Antonio”, he’s not coming here.
He’d be incredible as Wemby’s running mate tho.
He never lobbed to Gobert.
Funny the same day that Bill Simmons was talking about the Spurs going after Darius Garland.
Imo I would rather get Young because he liked spurs growing up, WANTS to be here, and is 2 years younger with similar pros and similar cons. Young also has 4 years left while Spida has 1. He could bail if he really wanted to and we’d lose picks/assets.
Anyone who pays for a blue checkmark is an idiot.
I’d prefer Trae. Maybe this is a smokescreen meaning Spurs are trying to show the Hawks that not only Trae is a possibility for the Spurs.
God this would be the worst outcome.
If he leave the Cavs it’s because he wants to play in a bigger market than Cleveland. He’s not coming to the Spurs

I’ve honestly never believed a rumor less. Donovan Mitchell is one of my favorite non-spurs players and I still dislike the idea of trading for him. Just doesn’t make sense
I don’t believe this.
Anything that begins with the spurs are expected to is bs. They leak nothing about there intentions.
I like him more than Trae, but I don’t have high hopes of him coming to SA
Zero percent chance that the front office would leak anything.
Any time I see a “x team will pursue this very good player that every team would want” I’ll just glaze over it. It means nothing
People saying Trae Young would be the ultimate disaster (not the case at all), look no further than Donovan Mitchell to the Spurs.
