Kraft finally building pedestrian bridge over Rt1 at Gillette

Took 30 years, but at least we’re finally getting the most obvious improvement to safety and traffic at Gillette.
Ill believe it when I see it. Hasn’t this proposal been in discussion for over 2 decades? Also nothing in the article really hints at a major development no?
Edit ok I guess some zoning implications, but this still feels like a far cry from any work actually starting anytime soon
Wasn’t this part of the original plans of the stadium when the designed it? At least he got the lighthouse, and video advertising board fixed and 4000 seats cleared out first

Makes it much easier to leave in the 3rd quarter now.

Can I carry a beer over the bridge without being yelled at by staties?

The town of foxboro has such a weird short man’s power syndrome dynamic when dealing with Kraft and I truly don’t understand. He’s tried so many projects in that area as simple as this and they’re constantly pulling out his legs from under him. Even tho he’s cheap with us he’s always been generous when dealing with the town
