  1. God I love this man so much. I got so much heat for defending him last year from the jump.

  2. clearly joe was just letting the bench get some clutch time reps just in case the entire starting 5 get injured or something

  3. This is championship or bust type shit. I love it.
If anyone wants to cry about it the game was meaningless for the Celtics.

  4. I remember I used to see a lot of celtics reddit posts hating on Coach Mazz. I am glad the criticism has died down a lot.

  5. HOW GOOD WAS THE 2023-24 CELTICS?!

They used a close game at the end of the season to see if their bench could win FOR FUN.

  6. I could not agree more. These guys might be forced to get clutch mins or any mins during a playoff game. They need to feel an earned win or a hard fought win. If we let them coast and get garbage mins all season they will not be ready for primetime.

  7. I love the respect he shows the bench. When guys are playing for minutes and giving their all, I love that he challenges calls, he makes them play hard, he lets them figure it out.

  8. I can’t praise Joe enough after this game. He let the bench experience and overcome adversity. You never know, in a playoff game, someone may be injured or get in foul trouble. Eventually, the privates are going have to step in.

And they weren’t playing against scrubs. They were playing against a desperate team featuring Fox, one of the most clutch players, and Sabonis, undisputedly the 3rd best center in the NBA this season behind only Joker and Embiid.
