  1. Welp, gutsy effort by the boys, can’t be disappointed.

Time to lose out and try to get down to 5OA pick

  2. Better team lost tonight.

Pretty much a win-win. Always love to beat the oilers, but zero points is also big at the moment.

    !Oilers

  3. The only solace is that McDavid didn’t get to 100 against us. I wanted Marky to stay in that net just on the off chance

  4. Also – I hate the oilers so much. Here’s to hoping they get swept round 1 🍻

  5. Would’ve been nice to split the season series with the Soilers but at least we’re closer to a top 5 pick now.

  6. Someone forgot to remind Edmonton that if they strike us down we shall become more powerful than they can imagine (draft points)

  7. Sucky night on the out of town tankboard too. Flames very likely picking 8th barring a lottery win.

  8. Kuzy with 9 points in his last 5 games and now 17 points in his 23 games with the Flames.

Anyone looking forward to seeing what he can do over a full season next year?

  9. The outcome of this game is better draft odds for us, and the Oilers failed to prevent us from reaching that outcome. Therefore we won and the Oilers lost.

  10. Well if this was their performance against an actively tanking team then what’re they gonna do in the playoffs

  11. Good effort tonight boys, nice to see them battle. They hate that team. Love it

  12. Kuzmenko and Sharangovich are gonna be this teams offensive core for the coming years. Both are getting better every single game. Kuzmenko especially can be a superstar in this league if he nails down his game, hopefully an entire summer with the team will help

Not a bad effort for a team with essentially 2.5 NHL players and a bunch of leftovers for a defensive core

  13. Zary was quite good at centre. Sharky and Miro have great shots. But man I hate losing to the oilers :/
