Any native Spanish speakers have insight into the slang term in Julio’s story?

Looking at Julio’s story earlier and I didn’t recognize this word, so I tapped the “See translation” option and the result was uhhh… surprising. So I googled it, and that result was even worse. Do any Spanish speakers in here know of a different, hopefully more benign or inoffensive meaning of this word?

  1. I saw on the internet it can mean “total package” like a bundle. But yeah more commonly I believe it is used as offensive slang. I don’t speak spanish though so maybe it just depends on various reasons.

  2. Spanish speakers in general won’t know, we need Dominican Spanish speakers, as slang between Latin American countries is wildly different. Heck, even with english speaking countries it’s different. Asking to smoke a f** in the US is very different than asking to smoke a f** in England.

  3. Weird. This is what Framber Valdez called him last year and it led to the benches clearing

Edit: hector Neris not Framber Valdez

  4. My guess is he is saying “Im here” since to me as a Panamanian that sounds like he is saying yotoi aqui.
