  1. Pretty quiet year in Juniors. Excited to see what he can do in the minors. I was very intrigued when we drafted him. Lots of talk about him being a very raw prospect when we took him.

  2. Ryan Johnson has such a redemption arc in Vancouver. First signed as a FA because he was the best shot blocker in the league. Then moved to Chicago and went on air saying Canucks are afraid of Blackhawks, and now he’s the GM of our farm team.

  3. Alriksson had a pretty decent year considering he came over as an 18 year old to adjust to NA ice. Excited to see if he even gets a game for Abbotsford and what he can do next year in the OHL.

  4. I personally don’t think he’s got nhl potential unless his 2 way game becomes great bcuz his offensive game is not good enough.

  5. Honestly its amazing to see the versatility this organization is showing in developing players. This is a guy that fell in the draft because people thought he would be stuck in europe, I believe an existing connection with Scott Walker is what brought him to the CHL and the team was able to control his development a bit with that move. Now he’s getting a taste of the AHL headed into the playoff picture.

He’s a big body, and a potential Joshua type player 3 years from now.
