The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Los Angeles Lakers, 127-117. Naz Reid (31 points, 11 rebounds, 6 3PM) and Anthony Edwards (26 points, 8 assists) and Rudy Gobert (18 points, 16 rebounds) added 44 points. Rui Hachimura led the Lakers w/ 30 points and 6 rebounds as Jaxson Hayes totaled 19 points and 10 rebounds. The win brings the Wolves to 54-24 while the loss moves the Lakers to 45-34. Minnesota regains the 1-seed, as they hold the tiebreaker over Denver.

Lakers were missing 2 outta top 10 players in nba( ad left early so screwed up thier game plan )on a b2b vs a rested extra motivated minn team coming off lowest team point total of season – L2 months lakers have 3rd best record in league – also lbj haye seeing him play , then hate when he doesn't play , lol mental hate gymnastics – lakers just need to stay healthy & get into playoffs, obviously want to avoid play in game – i just dont get why laker & lbj "haters " spend so much time & energy on em – if the "haters" fav teams other than celts & okc then lakers have been better team L2 months – am i a lakers fan, YES, BUT im a bigger fan of the team i bet$ on ( yes i will bet against lakers too) idk maybe its just me if i "hated" a team or player i wouldn't spend my time or every ranting against them on utube game highlight vids, if i hated the bucks i wouldn't be on thier game

  21. The lakers get hype everytime they win but the reality is when they face a team with legit bigman like jokic embiid gobert sabonis the lakers are nothing AD cant compete to those guys they cant win

  25. The first-seeded Minnesota Timberwolves (54-24/.692) defeated the ninth-seeded Lost Angeles Lakers (45-34/.570) 120-110. As I've said earlier, the latter isn't going anywhere near the NBA Finals, PERIOD!!! The Minnesota Timberwolves are 3-1 against this particular Lakers unit.
