Couple of things I noticed from the video…
1. He gets a massive smile when asked about playing for the Steelers.
2. His phrasing makes it sound like he’s confident that it will happen.
Lots of mocks lately have us taking Brian Thomas Jr. I think Mims is the better choice.
He is a good pick and would probably be a good pick for the locker room if he is excited at the idea of playing with his boys again
Will be very happy if we get him
Drafting players from the best team in cfb will always be a good strategy
I have definite concerns drafting a guy with so little experience both at the position and in general and I’d probably prefer Fautanu if I’m being honest. With that being said, Tomlin is well known for his volunteers not hostages thing and this looks like a kid who would be VERY excited to be a Steeler and that has to count for something.
The Black and Yellow bulldogs are going to feast. Would be awesome to have two mountainous tackles for the next decade.
