Honestly, a hilarious take on our O Line recently.
I was looking for the mocking part of the write up before realizing what OP meant with the post title.
I’d still rather not take a C at 20 but I wouldn’t be upset. With rumors of the C falling seems we could possibly move up and get JPJ late 30’s/early 40’s or just sit at 51 and grab Frazier.
I’d rather us try and trade back and take a true center over Barton. Not a huge fan of his.
If he’s as flexible on the line as they claim he is you could take him in the 1st and see how the board plays out in the 2nd and 3rd without having to panic about filling a C.
If a C or RT you like falls, you can grab him and groom Barton for the other position. If not, we can survive with another year of Moore and prep Barton to be the C.
Idk if I buy the analysis that he’s going to be a stud anywhere on the line. Guess we’ll see what our FO thinks if he’s there when we’re otc.
