Four of those five players were really good in college
Trey Benson ran a 4.38, 216 lbs and has a burst score of 118.
And has much better tape than Guerendo
And people say Wisconsin can’t recruit athletes.
He’s not a talented runner, which is pretty important
I assume you’re posting this to hype Guerendo, but every single one of those guys had individual college seasons that were more productive than Guerendo’s five-year career. In fact, all but AP had *multiple* seasons better than this dude’s entire career.
So the fact that Guerendo happens to fit with these guys on a few handpicked stats says to me some combination of two things: (1) these starts aren’t that important and/or (2) Guerendo must be **really** bad in the other areas a RB needs to excel.
Used to follow these guys and then Nick bragged about faking COVID tests to get into Madison square garden.
Still baffles me how JT wasn’t a top 10 pick. He was on par with guys like Barkley, Elliot, Gordon, Fournette in college but the only one who wasn’t selected in the first round.
After round 5, why not, hopefully he can use that speed in special teams.
The biggest concern aside from his lack of tape is his myriad of injuries while not even being a starting back
