God I hope we make it to the playoffs and get OKC for round 1 👏
This needs context. It’s not like the Warriors were facing the top teams in the last 10 games.
for the last 2.5 months the warriors are 26-11, that’s the 4th best record in the NBA during that span
the only teams with a better win loss record are the celtics (27-7), mavericks (25-9), nuggets (24-9)
the warriors are on a 58 win pace for almost half an NBA season now with the 6th best offensive and defensive rating and 5th best net rating in that time too
58 win pace over a 82 game season would have the warriors as a top 3 seed in the west only behind the pace of the mavericks (60 wins) and nuggets (60 wins)
but also ahead of the pace of teams like the timberwolves (55 wins), thunder (54 wins), pelicans (53 wins), lakers (52 wins), suns (49 wins)
in these last 37 games
warriors at home :
8-6 record (14th best), 118.1 offensive rating (12th), 114.1 defensive rating (11th), +4.1 (12th in net rating)
warriors on the road
18-5 record (2nd best), 118.7 offensive rating (10th), 110.9 defensive rating (3rd), +7.7 (4th in net rating)
Surprised we’re still up there after yesterdays sloppy performance
We should have made sure we won that Dallas Game tho, it should not be 9-1 it should be 10-0 and a 6seed clinch.
Look how 3-4 games made the difference in the season. Joker’s half court heave or OKC: buzzer beater by Holdrem, etc. we would have 5 or 6 seed if we handled our bizness in those games and if Draymond was not Suspended.

When they get Dereck back, they are gonna be monsters… I didn’t think Dallas was going this crazy.
I genuinely think if we make the 7th seed going into the playoffs we have a solid chance at making a deep run. No disrespect to the timberwolves or the thunder, theyve both had great seasons but theyre unproven. the nuggets would be an extremely tough series but if we play them in the wcf they may be worn down a bit so we have a better shot esp if we keep the momentum going
