Ranger is quite good and underrated. While this list misses some not qualified elite starters like Verlander it still shows that Ranger is a consistently good to great arm. I think he’s in for a better season this year than last and hope the Phillies can lock him up long term.

Most underrated player in baseball
I like this guy! He is really underrared in my opinion.
If you take out all the pitchers on here that’s on IL or not active currently he’s ranked 7 or 8. Not sure what that means but I like it.
And you used ERA which has been arguably particularly unkind to phillies pitchers during that stretch due to bad defense.
Over that stretch I’m seeing Phillies ranked 27th in baseball with -62 OAA.
Also 27th in DRS With -110.

Offense has been letting him down for years. Look at his wins compared to others
