In other old Indians pitcher news, I saw today that Oliver Perez signed with the same team in Tijuana that Bobby Bradley is on.

Really hope he signs somewhere. He’s clearly not what he used to be but he can still eat innings. I know he’s trying to stick around long enough to get MLBs record for relief appearances
Watching the game the other night, I looked at my wife and said please Brian Shaw…. Just do what you used to do for us and blow the game. It feels good to be on the other side. I don’t hate Brian Shaw. And the numbers when he was with us we’re not bad. He pitched a lot of innings. But he always seemed to give up the big hits at the wrong time and cost us games.
The level of shitting on Bryan Shaw around here is absolutely ridiculous. That guy was an excellent RP for us for years and always willing to take the ball, even if it meant just taking it on the chin to save other arms. The absolute distain a lot of people here have for him in this sub is honestly embarrassing.
If Tito started coaching charity little league in his retirement I’d expect to see Bryan Shaw there pitching middle relief
Someone (not us) sign Shaw daddy and let him get to 800 appearances.
