  1. What a fucking joke. Flying your rally towels when you’re the defending champs and we aren’t even going to be in the playoffs? LMAO give me a break ya dirt bags!

  2. Did the flower not want to try against his old team? Or did the whole team look bad in front of him?

  3. This team will need some major changes in addition to multiple prospects taking huge steps if they are to be a contender in 2025-26.

  4. My thoughts:

This is the difference between a Cup contending team, and a team built to be a bubble. (Didn’t give me that buyout excuse… Tank, or own your failure).

Fleury was off tonight, Johansson was directly responsible for 2 goals, and our “new contract” vets haven’t given a F, all year long.

Defense was decent tonight (don’t believe those saying otherwise), it’s been weak board play that’s given up half the goals.

Faber is amazing, and our best defender.
Maybe Spurgeon or Brodin rounds back into form next year, but it’s shocking that he’s our best.

Middleton, Brodin, Spurgeon- all 2nd pair D (Chisholm could get there), Bogosian is our only 3rd pair (Merrill has been good enough the last 6 weeks, but before that was ass).

The PK has been a lot better since Hynes took over (at one point 10th vs 28th), but misses Dewar and Duhaime.

Ohgren looks good and fast, could be a middle 6 center, maybe higher.
Marat could be a middle 6 center also.
Rossi IS a middle 6 center.
    (Center depth is decent)

If Brodin and Spurgeon come back healthy, we’ll have an amazing top 4 D.

We need shooters/scorers to fill out the lines. All we have is Boldy (Kap is more of a passer than a scorer).

Mojo needs to be fired into the sun.
Gaudreau has NEVER been good, just used to be good at shootouts (that’s all any of you remember, look into yourselves, you know it’s true)
Hartman tanked half the season on purpose since he got his contract (check the stats)
Foligno and Zucc are the only contacts I can remotely defend, and Foligno has been injured.

    If Fleury retires, KEEP GUS!
If he doesn’t, KEEP GUS anyway and trade Fleury halfway through the year.
You know Gus’s upside (Vezina finalist), and you don’t know Wallstedt’s.

  5. This is what an AHL coach and a sub par team get Hines needs to go he has never been successful anywhere the success comes after he is replaced we had Brunette and didn’t promote him that was a huge miss the guy know how to win Hines does not.
