I’ve heard that part of the deal is that Arizona gets to keep the Coyotes name and branding in case of a future expansion down the line.
Either way, if we keep the Kachina branding imma hunt Ryan Smith for sport.
AZ colors are much better but we don’t get the name or colors anyways.
I don’t even want the Coyotes name or branding (the logo kinda sucks and I want an own team identity). Utah has such an amazing nature and wildlife. Lots of cool names/concepts to choose from.
It’s neat, but the current Coyotes logo is tied to the local Native American tribes of Arizona. Even if we kept the “Coyotes” name it’d probably be best for us to get a different logo.
I’m all for Utah raptors, yetis isn’t bad but not my first pick. I dig the color design you made though, even if we don’t keep yotes I like the color scheme a ton! Then I could wear either teams gear to jazz/nhl game haha
