Hello Royals fans, I came across a pair of pants at Goodwill today. They look to be KC Royals, but I'm having a tough time matching up the player/coach. Identifying markers show ROH1 – Hall 2019 and pant size. Initially, I thought maybe O'Hearn (ROH), but I don't see that he ever wore cropped pants. Any ideas?

Those are t-ball pants.
Guarantee you no Royals player ever wore those. They look unused. Most likely donated from a former high school or college player.
Or someone who used them for a Halloween costume
