9. The Hawks defense is abysmal. Totally. And the forwards continue to shoot at the goalie or wide, rather than at the openings.
   This has been a horrible year for them, and for the fans. Next year will be time to start expecting more.

10. I’m not even mad at the final goal because I want the hawks to lose and tank, but have they actually won a coaches challenge or survived a coaches challenge this year? I haven’t watched every second of every game, but I have watched the majority and from what I’ve seen the hawks are like 0-10 on being challenged and challenging calls. That play from the replays we have looks about as offsides as we can have on replay in the nhl, and we’ve definitely had replays overturned on less than that. I really wish the “he’s half an inch offsides slowed down to 1 frame a second so there’s no goal” thing didn’t exist because it doesn’t offer any real advantage, but at least be consistent with the “1 frame offsides” call.

11. Fantastic job by Mrazek. So many dangerous chances from the Canes, this looked like it would have been a blowout if not for him.

13. I don't think it mattered, but that last video challenge is a candidate for worst call of the season. For sure it's a strong argument for why they need to get rid of the rule where you get a penalty for a failed challenge. Zero reason a team should be punished twice for the NHL's incompetence.
