IQ on free agency: “Absolutely love Toronto. Since the day I got here, they’ve done nothing but show me love. Love is an action word it’s not just something you throw around. Obviously my team and agent have to deal with everything there but I love Toronto.”

  1. i hope he develops better handles/dribble moves but other than that hes a solid PG

  2. Masai and Bobby better get this deal done, him leaving could end the FOs tenure

  3. Great words but you gotta take it all with a bit of salt. Do people really think any player will publicly say they hate it here? Especially in a contract years.

Not saying IQ doesn’t love the city but don’t be so gullible.

  4. This dude wants his max contract. All you need to do is say you love the city. We’re a needy city that needs affection. We’re different from LA, where superstars would cut their salaries to play there. We’re the city that would overpay to keep a decent player and not have space for an actual superstar.

  5. IQ lives in my building and anytime I saw him in the lobby I always showered him with praise. I’m sure he gets it from all the Toronto fans.

  6. Wait’ll he sees what we’re like when the team is doing well. The 2010s were the salad days and if we get back to that the fanbase will load up again with tons of crazy fan moments. Remember the guy who tried to kiss his GF and was ignored during one of our playoff runs?
