3. Man I really hope Trae takes that leap next year. What I mean is I hope he becomes that cerebral PG we all know he can be and value each possession.

   The only thing lacking in Trae’s game is maturity. He’s shown he can be a pest on defense. He’s shown he can completely take over a game with his passing and scoring. He’s shown he can take a team deep into the playoffs with him being the no.1 option. ALL he lacks is that maturity to say I will do whatever I need to do tonight to secure a dub.

   Whether that be feeding the hot hand, improving his shot selection, or siting down in a chair on D and fighting over each and every screen. He just wants to be loved so bad man and I can feel him. He wants his name mentioned with the best as it should be. He needs to take it upon himself to become our “prime” Steve Nash and assert his dominance. Then and only then will he get the respect he deserves

   2. It’s amazing how far Trae’s rep has gotten since our playoff run. That Heat series, the “Regular season is boring”, and Hawks lack of success have just destroyed all the good will he built up.

   Which isn’t fair because it’s not just all on him. Trae has flaws in his game, we all know this, but you can win with him. We’ve seen it.
