1. Yep that’s what I expected to see.

3. This graph says – all GMs value athleticism (except for ~3 teams), but some value it just a little bit more.

4. Seeing all but 2 teams fall +/- 5 to 60 really just means they all value it and Bears just above average.

10. I’m all about giving credit where credit is due but poles roster hasn’t accomplished anything. He’s built 2 last place teams. They’ve looked competent for one half of a season. Not good, competent.
