  2. That speaks volumes about our front office doing right by the players that they don’t feel the need to leave to get paid/treated fairly. And we weren’t even successful when those guys had a chance to enter free agency after their rookie deals and second contracts. 

  3. I don’t care what anyone says, we have one of the best front offices in the league, and this may get downvoted, but we have good owners too.

    Yes, the team report that came out a few months ago isn’t ideal, but we treat our players well. It is a business at the end of the day, so some things got to give, but at the same time it could be so much worse. I am really happy with how we’ve treated our players the last decade or so, basically since Schiano left, haha.

    We’re a well run team right now. We should be happy.

    Licht and Co., Love Smith, Dirk Koetter, Bruce Arians and Todd Bowles. Those coaches, even with their faults, were always really good to the players. I don’t recall the team ever giving up on any of them, even Lovie.
