What is he supposed to say? Oh yeah I really wanted that job, but the Giants held me hostage?

He would have taken just about any job had it been offered. Next year will be even tougher with guys like Ben Johnson and Bobby Slowik likely being on the market.
They blocked him from leaving because they knew he’d take the job.
I’m not interested in any of the promotions I never got neither.
