Wouldnt hate it. You can never have enough depth on DL.
If this guy is there at 17, or even Byron Murphy, I would really like to take them. I understand that CB and WR are big needs but our DL would be insane with one of these guys. Would immensely help our depth too
If this was the pick at 17 I feel like it would upset a lot of people but I’d be pretty happy. DT isn’t our biggest need but it’s up there and Newton is a damn good player!
He is not projected round 1. Mid round 2 by essentially every pundit
