  1. They just had to get me super excited for next year in the very last game of the season huh

  2. Have you ever seen a team in *any* league in dead last in their conference finish their season with a standing ovation from a raucous, sellout crowd?

    What a fucking fanbase.

  3. Thanks for everything Jeff! Enjoy that well earned retirement.

What a hell of a note to end the year on. See you all next year, have a great summer!

  4. Whoever takes James Reimer’s spot next season got some big shoes to fill

    My apologies, that’s Jeff Rimer.

  5. That salute to Rimer by the players on the ice there. Wow that really got me. End of an era for the CBJ.

  6. Anyone got a video of the Rimmer chant? I had music on til the end and apparently missed the chant and would love to hear it in all its glory.

  7. Congratulations to Rimer on an outstanding career, and THANK YOU for all these years. 💙

  8. We fucking love you Jeff. Thanks for making my childhood watching this team so much more special. It’s so bittersweet to see this day come and we’re all going to miss you.

  9. Zack had a four point night for Jeff Rimer’s last night. What a great finish to the season. Happy retirement Rims, we’ll miss you.

  10. That was such a horrible season all around, starting with the Babcock shit show. BUT it was nice to end it with a win for Rimer. Better vibes heading into the offseason. The organization has plenty of work to do, but we do have talent.

  11. Rims was the voice that helped get me into hockey over 14 years ago. It’s going to be weird watching without him next year. Best wishes to him and his family. I’m not crying, you’re crying.

  12. Haven’t watched a game in a few months besides a few on the radio but had to tune into this one for Rimer. Enjoy the free time Rims
