I always love the Leafs GDT. they start out getting cocky and you see a few “We want Florida!” comments. then you get the goal celebrations and talking about how they’re ready to roll followed by a few random *fuck any Panther player who doesn’t play patty cake* comments. as the Leafs inevitably start to fade as the game goes on, as they always do, the doomers start coming out little by little mixed with incessant ref blaming. by the end of the game, the acceptance stage has been achieved.
