12. This will blow up, he’ll say, “the media is so crazy, man. I didn’t say the government created HIV. I said the government helped create HIV.” Or something basically the same as what he’s being accused of saying. And then he’ll go right back to what he was doing.

14. I’m not totally sure he’s saying that HIV was created by the government. I could interpret this as ‘create an environment where there is only one treatment option for an existing desease because that’s insanely profitable’. Creating a pandemic doesn’t necessarily mean creating a virus. If he clarifies after the fact, I could give it to him. If he’s quiet after people interpreting it this way, then I’d assume he means the government created HIV.
