   The long history of bad culture and locker room problems are finally being addressed, kick-started by Conroy last summer

2. I think this is a perfect example of why “trade everyone and tank” is a bad strategy for a relatively quick rebuild. If you want to be in the playoffs within ~5 years you need veterans to mentor your new core, and it is difficult to mentor kids from the fourth line.
