The Steelers are hosting Michigan ILB Junior Colson and Penn State C Hunter Nourzad for pre-draft visits today. They also are bringing in English tackle Travis Clayton, who is a part of the NFL international pathway program. (@FarabaughFB) on X

  1. Interesting. Are the International Pathways players just subject to be drafted like regular college players?

  2. Prior to signing Queen, I wanted us to draft Colson pretty badly, still wouldn’t hate it, but it’s not as big a need as some of our other positions.

  3. Nourzad was only a center for one season so I don’t know if he’s a true center and they should avoid anyone who isn’t a true center.

  4. I think DL is more important than ILB and I’d consider spending a Day 2 pick on the DL (maybe even Round 2) if the right guy is there.

Colson feels like a luxury at this point.

  5. I like Nourzad. He’s not a “man this is a franchise center right now” pick but more of a “we had to go RT, WR, and CB early and now we need to take a shot on center” IMO but I think he has potential.
