  1. I like this lineup.

No “sweeps are hard” or ” we already won the series”. Killer instinct. Victimize the victimizable and get that record up. Especially if the rest of the Central decides it wants to play.

  2. Interestingly, two straight games of no Scott.

With the off day, 3 in a row where he’s likely just a defensive replacement.

I expect him back for the brewers series, but likely a good idea to get him a mental break. He’s had a hectic af start to the year.

  3. Another sports gambling scandal. It’s almost as if absolutely everyone saw this coming and sports gambling was (mostly) illegal for a good reason.

  4. Goldschmidt should absolutely not keep batting 2nd. It should be Winn and Donovan at 1-2

  5. What’re the chances that Goldy(and others before him – like TON) are purposefully underperforming/feigning injuries in an attempt to get away for the Cardinals organization? Would help explain what we’ve all noticed with guys killing it once they leave, too.

    Am I being ridiculous? Probably.
