[Fegan] I deleted my lineup tweet yesterday because of the vast abundance of public misunderstanding about the optional team stretches and batting practice displayed next to the batting order. Pedro Grifol was kind enough to further expound upon the topic this morning.

Most of what Grifol said here is reasonable in a vacuum, but describing our staff members who are largely responsible for injury prevention as “really good at it” is laughable.
