[Josina Anderson] Leslie Frazier told me on the phone that 4 teams stepped up efforts to pursue him for the exact same role to help their new head coaches. When I asked why he chose Seattle, he said the difference was “Mike (Macdonald). Mike was my quality control coach when I was in Baltimore.

[Michael-Shawn Dugar] Dee Eskridge and Marquise Goodwin still appear to be limited participants. They’re in pads, doing some positional stuff but didn’t participate in 1-on-1s with CBs just now.
