  1. I’m not sure I’ve ever liked the top 100 picks of a 2024 mock draft less than this

  2. They aren’t taking a center first round. Isn’t a premium position. I could see the rest tho.

  3. Not a fan of the Robinson pick. Just don’t see the argument for picking a 4th string / rotational edge that early right now. Much rather see an edge pick on Day 3 for rotational.

Also not a fan of Bullock, especially given he isn’t what we need opposite of McKinney.

Wallace seems like a reach in round 3. Brugler has quite a few names going a lot higher than I’ve seen across the draft.

  4. I wouldn’t be mad if GB can get JPJ, but I think OT might be more likely. Especially if the rumor about moving Tom to the interior is true, we’ve got a decent starting trio between Tom, Jenkins, and Myers (maybe Myers goes to RG, Tom takes over at C?). Tackle just feels like it’s more threadbare.

  5. The positions are fine. No idea about the players. Center and #1 seems kinda weird. But if he’s that good, why not?

  6. Rob Demovsky reported this week that the Packers think Zach Tom could be a pro-bowl level RT and a HoF level center. If that report is true then there’s no reason to draft a center early. If you really think a guy can be a hall of famer at one position you put him there and don’t look back because you’ve got a much better shot at finding someone else who can be a pro-bowl level RT.

  7. I definitely don’t love it based on what most scouts seem to say about half these guys. But I also just don’t care that much. Mock drafts don’t impact reality, so whatever.

  8. I don’t think they spend an R1 pick on a pure center. Robinson is a bit of tweener size wise and athletic testing was pretty poor. Bullock has a slight build and doesn’t tackle, no versatility because you don’t want to play him in the box.

Brugler is a great resource for draft stuff but I have to say, this mock is really bad lol

  9. Not my favorite, but if it happens, just like every other draft, I will find a way to convince myself that every player we take is a future hall of famer.

  10. 100% not taking an interior lineman in round 1. Low value position and they are way too good at finding them later in drafts. I’d think they take a safety, cb, or even DT in round 1 or maybe even linebacker due to how thin that position is this draft (hope they don’t). Higher value positions like edge and CB tend to get picked in early rounds because of pricey they are

  11. If were gonna spend our 1st round pick on OL I would much rather use it on IOL and replacing Josh Myers than spending it on a LT to backup Walker

  12. I hit a paywall. Are all of you commenters subscribers to The Athletic? Is it worth it?
