  1. Obviously not the focus of the quote, but I thought it was kinda nice he mentioned 4/5 years in the future when his current contract lasts for 3 years after this season.

  2. Schlecht on DTD has been on a roll lately speaking out against these terrible ‘Worst first seed in history’ takes. What did he say? To paraphrase:

    ‘You better get your shots in now, NBA, because this is the worst version of this team to make the playoffs. The worst. The Thunder will be better next year and the year after. So get your shots in now because this is the last year OKC will be on the wrong side of the narrative. And, if the Thunder make it to the WCF, I will only be saying this louder and stronger.’

    Yeah baby!!!! That gets you fired up!!!! We ready!!!! TTFU!!!!

  3. All you have to do to end this narrative is go on a deep run this year. The masses will shut up next year.
