–FB Patrick Pass, Pick #239

  1. I’d never heard that Brady came via a compensatory pick… makes it more unbelievable.

    I miss these comp picks–none for the last couple years (to my knowledge) and none this year. Before this period we thrived on them.

  2. And we wasted it on some random QB from the big 10 despite having a franchise QB in place already.

  3. All these years, pfft 24 years later and I had no idea Brady was a comp pick. That makes the story even more crazy. I would love to know who was the comp for pick #199 because that would be an awesome nugget for history.
