He’s probably shooting up the board of my favorite realistic WRs the Chiefs could land. Killed it during Senior Bowl practices, crushed it at the combine. And Smith finally puts his take on him. Low key I think he may end of being one if the most successful WRs of this class. Can move all over the field, perfect for Andy.
I like that he’s versatile. That’s an Andy type of trait. He catches the ball too.
The trade off with him is you dont get the raw upside you get with someone like AD Mitchell. If you’re wrong in this guy, you could end up stuck with 2 Skyy Moore’s.
He is an older prospect (24 at the start of the season), so I think he is probably at his potential, but I like what I see out of him with his sharp route running and strong hands. I’d prefer to trade back if possible to pick up more capital and take him at the top of round 2, but if this was the pick at 32, I wouldn’t be mad.
