Even though it of course doesn’t compare to the cup runs/wins, maybe it was just my age at the time, maybe it was because it was just one game after the breaking of the McSorely curse, maybe it was the unbelievable underdog story, but… this was the single most exciting game I’ve been to in my entire 30 years of being a Kings fan.
