A good Texas Rangers win in my book!

  2. Where were you when Leody Taveras betrayed his loved ones and redeemed himself within three hours

  3. I thought Jack threw a pretty good debut, that first inning was lightning, but ended up losing control and getting in his own head in the second and fourth. Altho i will say his ERA is inflated because some of those runs were on the defense for sure.

  4. I watched the Tigers’ feed, and I just want to shout out their crew. They had great commentary and were pretty funny, too

  5. Not a clean game by any means, but props to the bullpen for stopping the bleeding.

I think Leiter should only have 4 ER. Leody should have made that catch.

  6. Holy shit, so glad we somehow got the hell out of there with a 3-1 series win. And fuck you Baez.

  7. Despite the ERA, I actually saw a lot of promise with Jack Leiter. Decent control, good offspeed movement, and I blame the defense (looking at you Leody 👀) for some of the runs.

I think his main issue is giving up soft pitches when he’s ahead in the count. Got ahead quite a bit and then would throw a stupid fast ball damn near the middle of the plate, infuriating. Definitely a raw talent but has some promise and can be developed for sure!

  8. I honestly think Leiter is going to be really good. His stuff is absolutely nasty. Look at Bradford now compared to his first start

  9. Take 3/4 games during a “slump”? I’ll take it

Also just realized if it weren’t for us, the Astros would only have 2 wins which would be the worst in all of baseball. They should send us a pizza just for saving them from that embarrassment.
